Hurstwood Holdings Acquires Knutsford Town Centre Office Building

We continue to add to our ever-growing commercial property portfolio with the acquisition of a 4,000 sq ft office building in Knutsford.

Windsor House is a three storey, self-contained modern building is situated in the heart of Knutsford town centre and is fully let to Kids Pass Limited. The building was sold for an undisclosed sum with a net initial yield of 9%.

Stephen Ashworth, Chairman and CEO of Hurstwood Holdings, says: “This is a very attractive building in the affluent suburb of Cheshire with an exceptional internal fit out so we knew it would make a good long term investment for us. We are currently looking at a number of other investment opportunities nationwide but we are also keen to expand our presence in South Manchester.”

Williams Sillitoe acted on behalf of Hurstwood Holdings. Canning O’Neill represented the vendor, a private investor. Hurstwood engaged Gateleys Plc to act as its legal representation with funding provided by Rothschild.
