Property firm Hurstwood is opening its doors to Bury College in a ground-breaking partnership designed to help local businesses gain a competitive advantage through training and development.
Hurstwood is offering the College a base at its landmark Rossendale office complex, Link 665 in Haslingden, Rossendale for a two day event, which is being held on April 6th and 7th 2011.
Bury College Business Advisors will be on hand to offer local employers and employees free advice and guidance about how they can benefit from training including Apprenticeships, short courses, qualifications and funding opportunities.
Employers can take advantage of one-to-one personal development assessments to discover which training method can help their business to re-skill, and up-skill employees, and bridge the gaps created by cuts in budgets. Guests are also invited to attend a short business presentation and taster sessions such as Digital Photography, Motivation and Team Building will also take place throughout the day.
