Hurstwood continue to find success with their small offices in Rossendale after completing another letting at Hurstwood House in Rawtenstall.
Suite 1 has been let to Union Footwear. They are one of a number of businesses that Hurstwood have brought to the Rossendale area in recent months and join current tenants Red Tick Accountancy, LMB Transport and Techknow.
This is the fifth deal completed in the last six months at Hurstwood’s office building on the Station Court site; comprising Hurstwood House and the neighbouring Station House.

The building is located just off the A56, which provides a direct route into Manchester city centre.
The building was refurbished in 2010 and features nine modern, self-contained offices in a range of sizes. It can be accessed 24 hours a day and a large free car park is provided to the front of the building.
Currently, the 1,244 ft² Suite 4 is available at Hurstwood House at a reduced, all-inclusive rent of £9,950 per annum. At Station House, Suites 3 and 6 are also available to let.
