Hurstwood, Rossendale’s largest owner of modern industrial units, has let another workshop on Carrs Industrial Estate in Haslingden.
NHF Construction has agreed a three year lease on the 3,000 sq ft unit 3 at Grove House. This unit also benefits from a yard and loading area.
Andrew McCormack, a surveyor at Hurstwood, commented: “This is the fifth industrial unit in Rossendale that we have let in the past couple of months. The flexible terms and competitive rent that we continue to offer means that our industrial units remain the most attractive in the area, to both established and starter businesses.”
