Hurstwood have agreed a deal to let Unit 12 Croft Business Park in Bromborough to Howdens Joinery.
The 18,000 sq ft in property, which comprises a mix of warehouse and office space, has been let on a 15 year lease. Howdens were represented by Montagu Evans.
The unit was extensively refurbished in 2012 with £500,000 of improvements made to the exterior and office.
Mark Carling, sales director at Hurstwood, said: “Following the completion of refurbishment works at our Bromborough site, we set about finding the right company to bring it back into use. We have dealt with Howdens before at our properties in Clitheroe and Rossendale so, for us, they were ideal tenants. It is a great location and we are sure they will have every success in their new premises.”
Mark Churchill, head of property at Howdens said: “We have been looking for the right premises in Bromborough for some time and this new depot will enable us to grow our local business. We are very pleased to be opening at Croft Business Park as part of our on-going expansion programme.”
Croft Business Park is located half a mile from Bromborough town centre and East of the A41 New Chester Road which provides easy access to the M53 motorway.
