Hurstwood have let two more of their industrial units at the Cobden Centre in Salford Quays, making a total of six completed deals at the site in 2012.
Drylining and plastering contractors Mansell Finishes have agreed a 12 month lease on Unit 12 while Unit 9 has also been let in a separate deal.
Angela Mansell, Operations Director at Mansell Finishes Limited, said: “The unit is really well located for some work we have secured in the area. We are a construction business, and we are retrofitting properties in the postcode area with External Wall Insulation (EWI) to improve the fuel efficiency of people’s homes. We have been based in Manchester for over 20 years, so this is an opportunity for us to carry out more local work.”
The Cobden Centre is located on Vere Street in Salford, less than a mile from Media City and only ten minutes’ drive from Manchester City Centre.
Units 4&5 and Unit 11 have recently become available to let at the estate and there is also a 1,500 ft² unit available close by at Waybridge Industrial Estate.
