Hardmans Business Centre, Hurstwood’s converted mill building in Rawtenstall, continues to fill-up following the letting of another office on the building’s top floor.
The newest tenants are Homestart Rossendale, a charity who offers support and friendship to families in the borough with a child under five. They have agreed a one-year deal on suite 33.
Hardmans Business centre is prominently located adjacent to the A56, close to Rawtenstall town centre.
The building itself is an impressive four-storey mill that has been converted into a modern business centre. Office suites are available in a range of sizes from 278 ft² upwards.
