Another office has been let at Hardmans Business Centre, Hurstwood’s landmark building in Rawtenstall.
Eticom Ltd has agreed a 12 month deal on suite 38 on the building’s top floor.
Eticom are an Energy Management Company who specialise in lighting controls. They employ a team of installers, web designers and programmers to work with large commercial companies.
Jennie Cave from the company said: “We really like the office due to the large windows and the high ceilings that make the room feel very spacious. The building itself has a lot of character. We also like the location just off the M66 the fact that we can gain access 24 hours a day.”
Hardmans Business Centre occupies an extremely prominent position adjacent to the A56 in Rawtenstall.
The building is a converted mill featuring modern, open-plan office accommodation in a range of sizes. Car parking, 24 hour access and meeting rooms are provided. Suites are available from 280 – 10,000 sqft.
