Hurstwood have let another office in Rossendale with Oasis Fostering Services signing up at Hardmans Business Centre.
The fostering agency has agreed a two-year deal on a 1,000 ft² office suite at the converted mill.
Gillian Morris from Oasis said: “Oasis Fostering Services is a local fostering agency with a team of dedicated staff who support foster carers looking after children who cannot remain at home. As the agency has expanded we have outgrown our current offices and needed to relocate.
“We viewed a number of offices within the area, but we did not find anything suitable until we viewed Hardmans Business Centre. The suite size and cost were exactly what we were looking for, and in just the right location. There is also scope to move to a larger suite as the agency continues to grow.”
Hardmans Business Centre is located on New Hall Road close to the Centre of Rawtenstall.
The four storey converted mill features modern offices in a range of sizes, while also retaining many original features.
