Hurstwood have completed two lettings at Railway House, their office building in Chorley.
Current tenant United Response has taken more space at the building. The charity has let one of the largest office suites in the building, the 1,353 ft² Suite 23, on a two year deal.
New to the building is CJ Pressure Test and Chlorination who has signed a twelve month deal on a small suite on the ground floor.

Railway House is located just outside Chorley town centre and is approximately one mile from Junction 8 of the M61 motorway.
The 7,000 ft² office building features an on-site car park, meeting room facilities and 24 hour access. Office suites are currently available sized between 143 ft² and 1,461 ft².
The small offices in the building are ideally suited to businesses in need of a base for three people and can be let from just £50 per week.
