Hurstwood have let another unit at Three Point Business Park on the popular Carrs Industrial Estate in Haslingden.
Landscaping company MLN Grounds Management Ltd has agreed a one year deal on unit 21 which measures 2,000 sqft.
The site is close to being fully let with only the 2,900 sqft unit 7 and the 3,650 sqft unit 15 available to let on the estate.
Three Point Business Park is located adjacent to the A56 Haslingden bypass allowing easy access to the M65 and M66 motorways.
The estate is made up of modern industrial units in a range of sizes. All the units feature full-height roller shutter door access and ample parking and loading space.
