Hurstwood Holdings have begun work on the refurbishment of 61 Mosley Street.
Work on the building, located in the prime office core of Manchester city centre, is set to be completed by December.
12,868 sq ft of offices will be available across the six upper floors of the building. Individual suites are available from 176 sq ft with rents starting from £9.95 per sq ft.
The property will be let jointly by Avid Property Consultants and Edwards & Co.
