Hurstwood has completed a new lease at Rawtenstall’s Station House.
Titan, which supplies CCTV systems to construction and retails firms, has moved from smaller premises after the business expande.
Owner Stuart Manners said: “We chose Station House for a number of reasons – it’s in a great location with close links to the motorway so it’s easy for us to reach our customers. The office is ideal for our requirements.
“During the move, Hurstwood more than lived up to our expectations and has been a fantastic support. They helped us settle in very quickly.”

This is one of a number of new deals completed in recent weeks by Hurstwood in Rossendale, which have included a letting at New Hall Hey Business Centre that is set to create 35 jobs for local people.
Mark added: “There is a great deal of interest in our property right now as we are offering great value and flexible lease terms. Whilst some on the new tenants are large, established firms, we have also completed several deals with people that are launching their businesses and need to keep an eye on costs. We believe that by giving them a chance to grow, it will be mutually beneficial in the long term.”
