Property specialist Hurstwood has completed a 10,000 sqft letting deal with leading loan provider at its Leigh development.
First Response Limited, which provides car finance and motorbike loans to people with past credit problems, is moving to Emerald House as part of its expansion plans.
Carol McClure of Firs Response, said: “Like our current headquarters, Emerald House is a new-build site but it provides much larger same-level space which is important to our particular business requirements. We wanted a more cohesive structure for the business going forward.
“The company is also expanding over the next months and the building provides the extra space to accommodate this.”
“We couldn’t have made the move without Hurstwood who have been extremely helpful throughout the whole process.”
Stephen Ashworth, Chairman of the Hurstwood Group of companies, commented: “We welcome First Response to Emerald House and know they will be very happy here.
“Emerald House comprises 15000 sqft of Grade A office space over 3 floors and there is still 5000 sqft of space left available. The open plan floor plate is ready to accommodate any tenants preferred fit out and the full height entrance lobby makes a striking first impression”.
“I would encourage anyone interested in the development to come down and take a look before the remaining space is snapped up”.
