Property Group Hurstwood has completed a deal at Bridgewater House in Nelson with a specialist pilates studio.
New tenant Keely Haigh has secured a two-year deal at the site, to open Lancashire Pilates Studio. One of the first dedicated pilates studios in Lancashire, it specialises in specific conditions, rehabilitation and pre and post natal pregnancy.
The 25 year old, who lives in Barrowford, says: “I discovered the benefits of pilates whilst I was having rehab sessions after injuring my knee. I started training so i could take it up professionally and since qualifying I have been looking for somewhere to set up my own studio.
“Bridgewater House was exactly what I was looking for – I wanted something modern and spacious but also local and secure, which provided car parking facilities for clients. There are no other pilates studios in the area and I think there’s a real market for it.”
Tracy Clavell-Bate, Sales and Letting Mananger at Hurstwood, said: “It’s a delight to welcome Keely to Bridgewater House. There is nothing similar in the area so it is bound to create a lot of interest.”
