Hurstwood have let more office space in Swinton at their Grosvenor House building on Agecroft Enterprise Park.
Overstocks International, one of the UK’s largest traders of wholesale and surplus stock, has agreed a 1 year deal on two offices in the building.
Grosvenor House is located one mile to the East of Swinton town centre, close to the East Lancashire Road which connects Manchester and Liverpool.
The building was constructed in the 1980’s and features 10,000 ft² of offices over two storeys.
Five additional offices have recently been made available following the splitting Suite 1 on the ground floor of the building; these measure between 240 ft² and 590 ft².
