Itrust International Limited, who currently rent Unit 39, has agreed a 2 year lease for both Unit 39 and 37, meaning they now occupy a total of 3,005 sq ft at the estate.
Omid Ghanbarpar, Director of Itrust International said: “Due to our expansion, we had a need for more workshop and office space. When Unit 37 became available, it was obviously our best solution as the units and location suits us very well. This latest deal means that Unit 47/49 is the only available industrial unit on the estate; it measures 2,034 sq ft and has an asking rent of £12,000 per annum.
Waybridge Enterprise Centre is located within a five minute walk of Media City. Manchester city centre and junction 2 of the M602 are a short drive away.
The estate comprises 17 modern industrial units secured by perimeter fencing and entrance gates. Parking and loading space is provided with each unit.
