Hurstwood will be bringing more small offices to the market in Salford after announcing plans to extend their existing business centre at Grosvenor House in Swinton.
Part of the ground floor of the building is to be divided into five suites measuring between 240 ft² and 590 ft². The new offices will be supplied with shared kitchen and WC facilities.
Access to the new suites will be through the building’s impressive glazed entrance and reception area.
This follows similar business centres that the company have created in Manchester, Preston and Worksop.
Hurstwood Sales Director Mark Carling said: “We have experienced a great deal of interest in our business centre offices in Manchester and are now looking to provide similar space at our Grosvenor House office building. We have already had tentative enquiries from local businesses for the suites and anticipate agreeing deals on the offices quickly.”
Grosvenor House is located on Agecroft Enterprise Park in Swinton. The East Lancs Road is half a mile to the South of the property and Manchester city centre is a 15-minute drive away.
The property was built in the 1980s and comprises a 2-storey purpose built office building measuring 10,000 ft².
