Hurstwood has unveiled plans to create a small business centre in Preston City Centre.
The small suites are to be located in Marshall House on Ringway, located adjacent to the City’s Court buildings and also a few minutes’ walk from the main shopping streets and the City’s bus station.
The smallest suites will measure 250 sq ft (3 desks) and the largest will be 770 sq ft (10 desks). All offices will be available unfurnished or furniture can be provided at no extra charge.
Hurstwood Sales Director Mark Carling comments: “We have received several enquiries for small office suites in the City Centre over the past few months and until now we have been unable to accommodate them. Marshall House is a fantastic landmark building located in a very prominent position on one of the City’s main through roads. The building benefits from a superb manned reception, 24 hour access and great quality office space – we anticipate there to be a good level of interest for this space over the next few months.”
