Hurstwood have brought another business to Rossendale after completing a deal to let an office suite at Hardmans Business Centre.
A 605 ft² office suite has been let on a 12 month lease to family-owned advertising agency Propeller Brand Communications LLP.
Berni Waddington, Partner and Producer at Propeller Brand Communications said: “We’ve recently moved into an office at Hardmans Business Centre and what a breath of fresh air it has proved to be. We’re really happy with the office space and the set up at Hardmans, it makes for a very pleasant working environment.
“We’ve had to adapt our supplier base with being based in a new county too, this has created revenue for local businesses and freelance talent, all based in either Rossendale or Lancashire.”
Hardmans Business Centre is located close to the centre of Rawtenstall, just off the A56.
The building is a four-storey, former mill that has been converted into a modern office building. Suites are available in a range of sizes, with many retaining original features.
