Works are almost complete on the second floor of Marshall House in Preston, to provide additional business centre style office suites in the building.
The offices, which will measure from 180 sq ft to 540 sq ft, will be available to let from early December. The suites are available on short term agreements from 12 months in length, and most lettings can be completed within 48 hours of viewing.
