Hurstwood have an industrial unit available to let at the Cobden Centre, the first time a unit has come back to the market since the summer.
Unit 10 will be available from January 2014. It measures 1,066 ft² and can be let for £6,250 per annum (approximately £521 per month).
The estate was previously fully let and new units generally do not remain vacant for long.
