Intermodal Innovation have agreed a deal with Hurstwood to move to a new unit at Lune Industrial Estate in Lancaster.
The company have agreed a lease on unit 29 at the property which measures 8,800 sq ft.
Intermodal Innovation LLP design and build bespoke transport equipment for a variety of purposes including Military containers, offshore containers and other specialised shipping equipment. They also offer a shipping consultancy service.
Lune Industrial Estate is a well-established commercial centre close to the centre of Lancaster and is easily accessible from the M6 motorway. Office accommodation is also available at the site at Europa House.
There are still units available at Lune Industrial Estate, varying in size from 1,200 sq ft unit 19 up to 30,000 sq ft for the combine unit 31 and 32 (each can also be let separately).
