Lease Renewal Complete at Hurstwood’s Cobden Centre in Salford

Salford, August 2015 – Kedem Cosmetics who are a longstanding tenant at Hurstwood’s popular industrial estate The Cobden Centre in Salford, have agreed to extend their lease for a further five years. This leaves only one vacant unit available.

Hurstwood’s Surveyor Laura Wilbourn, comments: “We are extremely pleased that Kedem Cosmetics are happy with the industrial estate and wish to stay with us for a further five years. The Cobden Centre is in a great location only ¼ mile from Salford Quays Media City and with only one unit remaining it is no surprise tenants are eager to stay.”

The Cobden Centre is located close to Junctions 2 and 3 of the M602 motorway and a short drive from Manchester city centre.

The estate comprises 14 industrial units arranged around a central courtyard. There is space for parking and loading and the site is secured by CCTV.
