Leigh Business Park Has the Right Stuff for Commando Joe’s

Hurstwood - Industrial Units

Hurstwood have secured another new tenant at their popular Leigh Business Park.

The 4,500 sqft Unit 5 on the estate has been let to Commando Joe’s after a 3½ year lease was agreed.

Commando Joe’s Fun and Fitness Ltd provide military-style fitness training for children. They appeared on Dragon’s Den in 2010.

Michael Hamilton, Director of Commando Joe’s, said: “As Commando Joe’s is going through a rapid expansion, we wanted premises where we could train new staff, welcome guests as well as create workable office space for our team. We chose Leigh Business Park as it’s in a great location close to the motorway and perfect for our staff to use as a base as they are out and about in schools all across the UK.”

Leigh Business Park is a development of 13 modern industrial units and two large office buildings built by Hurstwood in 2006.

Other tenants on the estate include Renewable Solutions Team and NSA Services (UK). The two office buildings on the estate are home to a number of companies including Snom UK, First Response and Omnica.

The development is located just of the East Lancashire Road which links Manchester and Liverpool.

All of the units benefit from 6m eaves, three phase electricity, electronically operated loading doors, integral offices and monitored site CCTV.
