Hurstwood have completed a deal to let a 3,650 ft² industrial unit at Three Point Business Park on Carrs Industrial Estate in Haslingden.
Trade and retail wholesalers NJ Wholesale Limited have agreed a deal to let Unit 15 for an initial five year term.
Over 46,000 ft² of space is now occupied at the estate with just two units available to let, the 1,400 ft² Unit 9 and the 7,300 ft² Unit 12-14.
Three Point Business Park is located adjacent to the A56 Haslingden bypass, providing easy access to the motorway network.
The estate comprises modern industrial units in a range of sizes many of which also feature internal office space. Units are also available at Waterside Industrial Estate, another Hurstwood development on Carrs Industrial Estate.
