Hurstwood have let another suite at their landmark Link 665 Business Centre on the A56 in Haslingden.
Berkshire Homes (Northern) Limited have taken Suite 1A on the ground floor of the building.
They join a wide range of businesses that already let space at the centre, including World Options, Smith Jackson Wealth Consultancy and 3C Products.
