LTG Cheshire have agreed a deal with Hurstwood to move to a new unit at Portside Industrial Estate in Ellesmere Port.
The company have agreed to let unit 6 at the property which measures 5,000 sq ft. Previously, they were at the 3,000 sq ft unit 1 at the estate. This unit is now available to let.
LTG Cheshire Limited are a steel fabrication company formed in 2008. Their client list now includes BMW, Total UK, Rolls Royce, Cammell Laird and the Murphy Construction Group.
Portside Industrial Estate is located adjacent to Ellesmere Port docks, just off junction 8 of the M53 motorway. There are a total of six units at the site, measuring 24,000 sq ft in all.
There are still units available at the estate, varying in size from 3,800 sq ft unit 1 up to 11,000 sq ft for the combined unit 2 and 4 (each can also be let separately).
