Chris has demonstrated a remarkable career trajectory in the construction industry, going from working on high-rise projects to managing Hurstwood's industrial stock in just five short years. As a Construction Project Manager, Chris is responsible for overseeing and planning work activities across Hurstwood's portfolio. He has successfully managed a variety of projects ranging from 100K office renovations to multi-million pound new build industrial developments, all achieved with Hurstwood's own home-grown site teams.
This year, Chris is particularly excited about starting phase two at Lune Business Park and handing over the new units from phase one to the enterprising people of Lancaster. His strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex projects make him an invaluable asset to the Hurstwood team.
