Lisa’s duties include the Estates Management of six prestigious sites in the north west including the commercial buildings of Marshall House in Preston, Railway House in Chorley, Century House in St Helen’s, The Shakespeare centre in Southport, Sir Christopher Harding House in Whitehaven and The Fountains in Barrowford Nelson. She also supports one of the groups luxury apartment schemes, ‘The Waterfront’, situated in the beautiful seaside town of Knott End-On-Sea, and The Jubilee Pub Restaurant on North Shore, Thornton Cleveley’s - lucky lady!
When Lisa joined the team six years ago she brought with her over 30 years of experience as a time served and qualified Sales, Recruitment, Commercial and Project Manager.
Having worked within operational strategy, policy-making and customer services roles in Public, Private and Charitable/Voluntary industries covering a broad spectrum of commerce including Education, Recruitment, Sales, Training, Catering, Health, Older People’s and Childcare Services, Lisa’s background ensures our tenants enjoy a unique level of understanding of their individual and sector specific requirements, especially during transitional phases.
