Niloufar Darabi
Utility Manager
Niloufar has been a valued member of the Hurstwood Holdings team since November 2022. In her role as Utility Manager, she is responsible for overseeing all utility accounts across the Hurstwood portfolio. Her duties include managing supplier relationships, resolving billing discrepancies, monitoring energy usage, coordinating meter readings, and ensuring accurate utility data across properties.
Alongside her employment, Niloufar is studying AAT Level 4 at Manchester College, which enhances her understanding of finance and analytical reporting. Her ability to interpret and manage large volumes of utility data enables her to support cost control and operational efficiency across the business. She is also known for her excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, ensuring seamless communication with both internal teams and external providers.
With her diligence, proactive approach, and commitment to continuous development, Niloufar plays an integral role in supporting the operational and financial management of Hurstwood Holdings’ extensive property portfolio.
