Seamline Automotive have become the first new tenants of 2012 at Hurstwood’s Millers Bridge Industrial Estate in Liverpool.

The company have agreed a deal to let unit 28 at the popular site.

Seamline specialise in bespoke interior and exterior vehicle modification and provide bespoke services from a simple re-trim up to a full re-design.

Chris Hampson from Seamline said: “I chose the unit on Millers Bridge mainly because of the location; within easy reach of the major roads and close to the city centre. Also, in the line of work I do, having most of the major car dealerships located along Derby Road will be a good thing. Another reason for choosing the location was being eligible for funding via the ‘Step Clever’ scheme arranged by Sefton Council.”

He added: “The unit itself is nice, clean and freshly painted and the site itself is not overcrowded with a good selection of other businesses on it.”

There is also an additional unit available for rent at the site. Unit 2, which measures 600 sqft, can be let from June.

Millers Bridge Industrial Estate is located adjacent to Bootle docks and is just over two miles from Liverpool City Centre.

The estate is made up of 39 industrial units suitable for storage or workshop use. Each unit features roller shutter doors and the majority also have kitchen and WC facilities.
