Crystal continues to find success at their offices at 61 Mosley Street in Manchester, with two more deals recently completed at the property.
Green investments company EmissionO has become the first tenant on the newly refurbished second floor; taking Suites 4 and 5.
Clinical research organisation Dootsonic, one of the first companies to take space at the building last year, have moved to a larger suite on the third floor.
Paul Hesketh, Chairman of EmissionO, said: “The location is perfect for us. The suite captures the light throughout the day and will be a terrific base for our future development. As a company that is committed to reducing our carbon footprint, maximising natural light and minimal impact on the environment from travel to work were essential requirements. 61 Mosley Street fitted the specification perfectly.”
Alistair Dootson, Owner and Managing Director of Dootsonic, said: “We have been tenants at 61 Mosley Street since summer 2012 and since then our business has gone from strength to strength – we needed more space and Crystal made the move within the building to a bigger suite seamless. I would recommend them as Landlords to anyone looking for space within the city centre.”
61 Mosley Street is prominently located within Manchester’s prime office core, less than five minutes’ walk from Piccadilly Gardens.
The property is made up of six floors of office space, with smaller business centre style suites on floors 1-3 and larger open-plan offices on the upper floors.
