More Deals Done at Northwich Business Centre

Crystal Property and Land - Offices

Hurstwood’s Sister company Crystal continues to do deals at Northwich Business Centre, the newest addition to its Cheshire portfolio.

The second floor of the building is now fully occupied, along with some offices on the ground and first floors, despite only having been open for a matter of weeks.

‘Making Space’ and ‘North West Community Services’ have taken offices on the ground and first floors whilst the second floor has seen nine deals agreed with news tenants including ‘Euro Access Scaffolding’, ‘First Call Health Care, ‘Kane Computing’ and ‘DoRemarkable.’

Beverley Parkin, Director of Services at support provider North West Community Services, said: “North West Community Services ltd are setting up new offices in the Northwich and West Cheshire area and identified Northwich Business Centre as an ideal locality to operate from. We like that the offices are recently renovated, centrally located and have plenty of parking.”

Paul Parish, Director at DoRemarkable Ltd said: “Northwich business centre is in the perfect location for DoRemarkable as it is in the heart of a growing town. It also has great facilities and parking.”

Northwich Business Centre is prominently located adjacent to Chester Way, the main road through Northwich town centre. The M6 and M56 motorways are close by, allowing easy access to Manchester, Liverpool and Chester.

The building itself comprises three floors of office space with suites available in a range of sizes. There is also a large unit on the ground floor suitable for retail, office or leisure use, subject to planning approval.
