Hurstwood’s sister company Crystal continues to find success with its business centre offices at 61 Mosley Street in Manchester city centre.
The newest tenant is Vibe Studio which has signed a 12 month lease on suite 4b on the building’s first floor.
They are the latest on a growing list of companies who have taken space at the building, joining Rullion, AM 2 PM Recruitment and Branded Product Protection Services among others.
Vibe Studio Ltd is a branding and graphic design studio. Their services include logo design, advertising and photography.
Radu Prepeleac, Creative Director at Vibe Studio, said: “The central location, good rates and choice of office size were all factors in choosing an office at 61 Mosley Street. Being a design studio we needed a well presented space in which we can work and be creative all day, every day. The big bonus, besides the quality of the premises, is the location which allows us to meet easily with our clients, suppliers and like-minded people in the industry.”
61 Mosley Street is located in Manchester city centre, a short walk from Piccadilly Gardens and within the city’s prime office core.
The building is comprised of six floors of office space, two of which featuring small suites from 175 sqft. All the offices are service by a six-person passenger lift and floors 2, 4 and 6 also have roof terraces.
