Crystal Property and Land, the sister company to Hurstwood, have let more business centre offices at 61 Mosley Street in Manchester city centre.
On the second floor a total of 500 ft² has been let to Youngs Investment Company who has agreed a deal on suites 2 and 3. On the first floor, the 176 ft² Suite 5 has been let to Raw Exports.
These latest deals mean that there are only three small offices available across the three floors of business centre space, ranging in size from 419 ft² to 900 ft². A 735 ft² first floor office is also coming back to the market in June.
61 Mosley Street is prominently located in the heart of Manchester’s business district and is within a short walk of Piccadilly Gardens, the Mosley Street and St Peter’s Square tram stops.
The building, which was refurbished in 2012, features six floors of offices space with small business centre suites as well as full floors.
