Millers Bridge Industrial Estate at Bootle Docks in Liverpool continues to prove popular with businesses. Landlords Hurstwood have completed two more lettings in the last few weeks.
The new tenants in the 600 ft² Unit 13 are flooring specialists We Sell Any Floor Limited, while Quantock Garden Machinery are the new occupiers of the 617 ft² Unit 6.
These latest deals mean that Hurstwood has completed seven lettings at the estate in 2013.
Andrew Holland from We Sell Any Floor said: “Millers Bridge is a very busy estate, and we hope to get a lot of business from passing trade. Hurstwood have been great to deal with and it was quick and easy to rent the unit.”
Millers Bridge Industrial Estate is located a short drive from the centre of Liverpool, just off Balliol Road, part of the city’s inner ring road.
Units at the estate are ideally suited for storage, warehouse or light industrial use. Currently, individual units are available sized between 600 ft² and 2,120 ft².
