Work is now complete on the creation of six new office suites on the third floor of the Crystal-owned 61 Mosley Street in Manchester city centre.
The decision to sub-divide the third floor was made due to the high demand for small suites in the first floor business centre. All seven suites there are now let or under offer.
The new offices will range in size from 175 to 650 sqft and are available to let immediately.
Crystal Director Andy Park said: “The small office suites at 61 Mosley Street have proven to be extremely popular and all the rooms on the building’s first floor are now let or under offer. We have therefore decided to sub-divide the third floor to create more of these starter suites.”
He added: “There has also been a good level of interest from businesses wanting to let full floors in the building and we are confident that we will be able to announce more completed lettings in the near future.”
61 Mosley Street is located in the heart of Manchester’s business quarter, just a short walk from King Street, St Peter’s Square and Piccadilly Gardens.
It features more than 13,000 sqft of office space over six floors as well as three roof terraces and basement parking.
