Work is now complete on Crystal’s new second floor business centre at 61 Mosley Street in Manchester city centre.
The floor has been converted to small offices from 175-900 ft². The new suites have been fully refurbished and are available for immediate occupation.
Suite 5, which measures 650 ft², also benefits from its own self-contained roof terrace, a feature unique to an office of this size in the centre of Manchester.
Crystal Chairman Andy Park said: “The business centre offices at 61 Mosley Street were our top performer in 2012 and have proven to be particularly popular with small businesses. Seven of the original first floor suites have been let, and four out of six of those that we made available on the third floor in October are now tenanted.
“We have already had a number of enquiries for the new second floor suites and we expect the first tenants to move in shortly.”
Crystal now has business centres on the first, second and third floors of 61 Mosley Street with offices available to let either furnished or unfurnished.
Existing tenants include Rullion (who also occupy the ground floor retail unit), Branded Product Protection Services and Bright Estate Agents.
The building is located within walking distance from the Mosley Street tram stop, Piccadilly Gardens and St Peter’s Square.
