Hurstwood have let more space at Edwin Foden Business Centre to long-time tenants SafeGuard World International.
The company, who specialise in global payroll outsourcing solutions, have let an additional 2,575 sqft after agreeing a deal on suites 11 and 12.
The suites are the newest in the building having been created over the summer as part of the final phase of Hurstwood’s refurbishment.
Suite 37, a smaller office on the second floor of the building, was also let in a separate deal.
These are the sixth and seventh lettings Hurstwood has completed at the property in 2012. There are now only two suites available to let.
Safeguard World International co-founder John Giles commented: “We are very pleased to have taken more space at Edwin Foden Business Centre. We now occupy more than 11,000 sqft at the property and expect to grow substantially over the next few years, creating jobs both locally and globally.”
Hurstwood Estates Director Henry Hill said: “2012 has been a hugely successful year for us at Edwin Foden Business Centre. We have welcomed a number of new tenants to the property, which is one of Cheshire’s premier office buildings. This has been emphasised by the letting of suites 11 and 12 only a few weeks after they became available following the completion of the final phase of our refurbishment of the building.”
Edwin Foden Business Centre is located on Moss Lane in Sandbach. It is a short drive to the M6 motorway and within walking distance of Sandbach station.
The building features over 40,000 sqft of high quality offices with a range of suites to suit all sizes of business. There is also an impressive entrance and reception area as well as on-site parking for 185 cars.
