Hurstwood have let more space at their Bridgewater House office building in Nelson.
MacGregor International Publishing, who is already a tenant in Suite 7, has agreed a deal on Suite 14 for their company PLTV News.
The company produce a daily news programme and monthly local newspaper for Pennine Lancashire communities and also offer a corporate video production service.
Peter MacGregor, Managing Director of MacGregor International Publishing Ltd said: “We moved into Bridgewater House in March 2010 because we wanted a modern and well-functioning office in a thriving area.
“Due to expansion in October 2012 our company PLTV News was looking for extra space to create a broadcasting studio. On raising our requirements with the Hurstwood team I was impressed by their immediate attention to all our project points. We moved into our new broadcasting office with everything completed within seven days—this was a package and timing no one else could match.”
Hurstwood Agency and Development Surveyor Andrew McCormack said: “The office market in this part of Lancashire has been underperforming of late so it is good to see that there is still demand for high-quality office space in the region. We hope that the improvements we have recently made to our offices at Bridgewater House, and nearby at Parkhill Business Centre in Burnley, will lead to more success in 2013.”
Bridgewater House is located just off junction 13 of the M65 motorway and provides easy access to Burnley, Blackburn, Preston and Manchester among others.
The property is a prominent two-storey office building with suites available from 280 sqft upwards.
