New Business Suites at New Hall Hey

Following the successful letting of Winners earlier this year and a 100% letting record at Station House, Hurstwood decided to continue with their investment programme in the valley and have created a new eight suite business centre at Hurstwood House, New Hall Hey Road, Rawtenstall, investing almost £70,000 into the project.

The suites, ideal for start-up business or those perhaps looking for their first office base, could attract up to 30 jobs.

Tracy Clavell-Bate, Sales and Letting Manager at Hurstwood, said: “This is a really good opportunity for small businesses to rent an office, quickly, without any fuss and for as long as they want. The offices are modern and spacious and in a prime location, just off the M66 by-pass, which links on to the major motorway network.

“We believe the refurb will play a key part in the redevelopment of the valley. Investing in Rossendale will not only attract new businesses but it will create several new jobs for the town. Hurstwood House was previously home to First Business Support, who were there for several years, before relocating last year after expanding. We are also delighted to see the construction of the retail park has recommenced and we see the New Hall Hey area being the place to be for business.”

Hurstwood House is located at Station Court, New Hall Hey Road, Rawtenstall. For more information about the offices contact Tracy Clavell-Bate or Mark Carling on 01204 37400.

Based in Navigation Park, Bolton, Hurstwood has commercial property interests in the North West, Midlands and Wales with approximately 500 occupier clients at over 80 locations.
