A new letting has been completed at Hurstwood’s New Hall Hey Industrial Estate in Rawtenstall. The 775 sq ft unit has been let to Ian Andrew who supplies specialist equipment to horticultural businesses.
Surveyor Andrew McCormack comments: “The small units on the estate are in very high demand and when they come available they are never empty for more than a couple of weeks.”
