Hurstwood are now fully let at New Hall Hey Business Park in Rawtenstall following the letting of a 3,000 ft² industrial unit.
Unit 18 has been let on a three year deal to Hannjo Limited, the new parent company of the well-known Cordey’s Craft Bakery which has been based in Rossendale for more than 60 years.
This deal means that all 31 units, making up a total of 41,000 ft², on the estate are now occupied.
