New Head Office for Hurstwood and Crystal

Crystal Property, Manchester city centre offices

Commercial and residential property investor and developer Hurstwood, and sister company Crystal, have moved to new premises in Manchester city centre.

The companies, which had been based at 1 Marsden Street since 2010, have relocated to new offices at Bridge Street Chambers.

The building is a new addition to the Crystal property portfolio; in addition to the space for Hurstwood and Crystal, the first floor has been converted into a business centre.

Bridge Street Chambers follows on from other successful business centre schemes Crystal has developed; including 61 Mosley Street in Manchester, Marshall House in Preston and Northwich Business Centre in Cheshire.

Stephen Ashworth, chairman of Hurstwood and Crystal, said: “We made the move to Manchester four years ago and the city feels like home to us now. The business has grown significantly in that time with more staff taken on and new properties added to the portfolio from across the North West.

“We have been looking to move into one of our business centres for some time and Bridge Street Chambers represents the ideal opportunity. The business centre we have opened in the building offers excellent value for money in a fantastic city centre location.”

Bridge Street Chambers is located close to the junction with Deansgate. It is within a short walk of Spinningfields and Deansgate Station.

The available accommodation is spread over two floors, with business centre suites of around 200 sq ft on the first floor and a larger 1,097 sq ft office on the second floor.
