Hurstwood has completed a three year letting of a 1,000 sq ft industrial unit at Taylor Court, Haslingden, to a local engineering firm.
Jim O’Neill Engineering has signed a new three year lease for the unit, relocating their operation from New Hall Hey Industrial Estate in Rawtenstall.
Hurstwood Sales Director Mark Carling comments, “Jim O’Neill has been a tenant of ours for some time and we are really pleased that we have been able to accommodate his company’s growth by offering more space.”
