The unit is available at the popular Bersham Enterprise Centre on Plas Grono Road, close to Wrexham town centre. Unit 6 measures 1,500 sq ft and is the first unit to become available at the site since Easter.
The site features CCTV and ample parking while each unit come with roller shutter door access, bathroom and kitchen facilities and overhead gas blow heaters. Some units at the site also have office space and three-phase electrical supply.
