September 2015, Northwich – Crystal Property and Land are pleased to announce that a new restaurant is in the process of fit out at 15-17 High Street, Northwich.
Crystal Property acquired the building after a fire caused the previous occupier to have to close down. After spending a great deal of time and money in order to restore the building, it has now been let ready for a private restaurant fit out.
The new tenants – Cheshire Bar and Grill, are currently working on fitting out the building for their new restaurant, which is set to open before the festive season.
Hurstwood/Crystal Surveyor Aimee Ashworth comments: ‘We are very pleased to see what is truly a very beautiful and characteristic building, gaining new life after refurbishment and through the recent letting. There is a low level of upmarket restaurants in the area, so I have every faith that Cheshire Bar and Grill will succeed.
We are pleased to say that we are very active in the Northwich area with three important commercial sites housing over 30 companies.’
