Two small units have become available to let on Hurstwood’s Millers Bridge Industrial Estate adjacent to Bootle Docks in Liverpool.
Both units measure 600 sqft and one also benefits from a small office and three-phase power.
Hurstwood Surveyor Andrew McCormack said: “Units on this estate have always been popular; largely due to the proximity of Liverpool city centre and Bootle docks, as well as the Sure Start grants that have been made available.”
He added: “These small units are ideal for new and young businesses as they currently benefit from small business relief. We don’t expect them to be available for long.”
