Hurstwood have brought in a new Estates and Development Surveyor to join the team at their Manchester office.
Matthew Bint, 25, is originally from Worksop and has previous experience of negotiating / advising clients on landlord & tenant events, the letting of surplus/excess retail property and the production of service charge budgets.
He has also completed a degree in Business Property Management at Sheffield Hallam University.
As part of the Estates team, Matthew will be assisting with the day-to-day management of the Hurstwood and Crystal property portfolios, including property inspections, service charge management and negotiating lease renewals.
